What is Day At The Track?
Day At The Track is and Account Deposit Wagering Company (ADW) that provides players, from approved states, with the opportunity to wager on over 400 race tracks from around the world. Live video streaming and video replays are available on almost every track on our network.
Is it legal to wager in the US?
Yes. It is legal to wager on the states provided in our residency requirements section: www.dayatthetrack.com/acctWagering
Does it cost anything to sign up?
No. There is no cost to sign up and create an account.
What are the age restrictions?
Age restrictions are 18 years old, unless otherwise stated for a particular state.
What information is DATT required by law to report to the IRS?
DATT is required to verify the age and address of all prospective members to start. We are also required to report all the same withholdings as at a race track or OTB and issue IRS Form W2G as stipulated by law.
Account Info
What info do I need to provide to open an account?
In addition to a full and complete address we will need the potential members SSN # to verify Age and Address.
How do I deposit funds into my account?
We offer multiple ways to deposit funds into your tote account. ACH (from checking or savings), credit card, PayNearMe, money order and our branded DemandFunds card give any player the means to get funds into their tote account quickly.

How do I withdraw funds from my account?
We offer 3 different ways to get funds back to our players. All are quick and secure. ACH/EFT can be sent back to your checking or savings account - same as deposits. Cut off time is 2:00p Pacific Time for next business deposit credit. DemandFunds card can have funds withdrawn on to it 24/7 - and funds are available immediately for usage. Paper check; mailed to the player via USPS is the third way - receipt within 5 business days.
When will my winnings appear in my account?
Day At The Track is directly connected to the industry's leading tote provider; Amtote, International. Winnings show up in a players account just after a race is declared official.
Is my information secure?
Day At The Track utilizes, and is constantly upgrading, the industry's leading encryption technology to secure our players data.
How do I get a Demand Funds card?
Simply apply online and the card will be directly mailed to the player within 5 business days. The service can be used immediately (virtually); until the player has the card. The Discover Card is available anywhere that Visa is taken.
